This is a meditation that is used for transforming emotions. Taking fear, negativity, and anger, and transforming them into a more positive light. For helping someone become focused and more trusting. And self-assured. It’s a great way to let go of fear and abandonment. Additionally, it helps rid yourself of worries. Surrendering to the light, and escaping the darkness.

This meditation is something that can be done either daily, weekly, or as needed. It’s a guided meditation. It helps you to let go of things that you can not control. Sometimes when things feel out of our control it can drive us crazy. If this is something that you are going through, then this mediation is perfect for you. It helps you to surrender your control, and let things happen naturally. It’s extremely freeing.

Feeling out of control is a horrible feeling. It’s a feeling that can escalate quickly. It can ruin your day and cause a domino effect in other areas of your life. With this meditation, you are able to work through your disappointments. It helps transform your fears into your hopes. You are able to accept the things that are out of your control. With this feeling, a huge weight is lifted off of you. Positivity breeds positivity. So that the negative domino effect becomes a positive domino effect.
