It is a guided meditation that helps bring your subconscious to the 7th plane of existence. Or more specifically, a parallel universe. It may sound scary, but in reality, it is a powerful tool. Additionally, you are able to reach a level of consciousness that others can't.

Quantum meditation is a guided meditation that uses imagery. It gets your mind into a deep state of relaxation. It isn’t a meditation for beginners. The meditation is purposeful. It will take time. You have to be fully immersed. Allow for the meditation to take over you. It can be hard for beginners to let go of control. It’s important to feel safe and have a clear and positive mind.
