Money meditation is a spiritual practice that promotes positive thinking and the laws of attraction. Practicing this meditation can help individuals achieve their financial goals and change their actions from spending money foolishly to ones that will accumulate wealth.
This type of meditation can be done in any location, and may also be offered as a paid service to an organisation, such as a business, yoga studio, nursing home or government department. Often people who practice money meditation will meditate once or twice a day to improve their self-worth and encourage them to work hard towards their goals of accumulating wealth.
How to meditate on money
You can begin by sitting in a chair or on the floor with your legs crossed, and placing your head slightly down and half-closed. Then send your gaze a few feet in front of you.
Take a few deep breaths and notice the way that your body feels. Are there any areas that feel tight or uncomfortable? If so, let those feelings go.
Then, if there are any areas that feel light and open, try to feel the opposite sensation. You might want to start with your shoulders and move down into your upper back and chest.
Once you’ve reached a place of calmness, imagine that all the money you ever wanted is right in front of you. You earned it or obtained it fairly and in a manner that was pleasing to you.
