Live with intention means aligning your actions with what really matters to you, taking steps toward realizing the life you desire. This process requires considering your values, setting specific goals, and practicing mindfulness every day. While this journey won't happen overnight - as goals may drift or old habits reemerge - the more intentional efforts you put in, the closer you'll come to achieving what's truly meaningful for you in life.

First step of living intentionally is realizing that you have control of how to spend each day. Each morning provides new opportunities, and it is up to you and only you as to which attitudes and decisions guide your approach to each day.

Once your intentions are clear, focus on being present with those and things that matter the most to you. When eating, take note of its texture, aromas, colors, and flavors; when speaking to others use active listening techniques such as paraphrasing and asking open-ended questions to show that you value their words.

At the end of each day, take some time to review how you acted with intention that day. Writing down any intentional actions you took may help you revisit them later and continue building your practice.
