Letting go meditation is a great way to reduce stress, restore your mental health and find inner peace. It can also help you sleep better.

When you first start practicing meditation, your mind may have a hard time letting go of thoughts. This is normal. Just noticing them as they arise and then letting them go is all that matters!

Sometimes, you’ll feel pain or restlessness during your meditative session. This is okay, and it will pass as quickly as any other feeling you experience in meditation.

The more you practice letting go, the easier it will become. It can take a bit of time and practice, but the rewards are worth it!

To begin your letting go meditation, sit still and focus on your breathing. Imagine a green light shining brighter and brighter in your heart space as you breathe in. This is your breath releasing any feelings or emotions that have built up in the body and heart, allowing you to be at one with yourself again.

If you’re struggling with letting go, here are some strategies you can use to get started:

1. Surrender every part of your mind and body without holding anything back.

In meditation, this means letting all sensory experiences go through you, unfiltered. This can mean physical sensations, feelings, and even your thoughts.
