Its cool when they do it
While this doesn’t mean that they don’t have a laundry list of insecurities, cool people know how to shut the voices off and go with the flow. They aren’t apathetic, but they do know that most of the things going on around them don’t matter, and that getting upset isn’t productive. This confidence and collected energy makes them a positive presence in the room. They aren’t phonies. They really are cool.
