Observe your thoughts and feelings as they come up during the meditation. Pay attention to whether the thoughts are centered in love or in fear, and notice any emotions that arise.

Get clear about what you want to communicate with your guide. It can be a simple request, like “I need you to help me.” Or it could be a deeper communication. It’s all up to you and your guide.

Be patient and wait for your spirit guide to show up with a message. This is important because it takes time to develop a relationship with your spirit guides.
