How to Manifest Love Meditation

Manifest love meditation can be one of the most powerful and rewarding things you can do for yourself. It’s a simple and effective way to set intentions, cultivate gratitude, raise your vibration, and visualize the truest version of your dreams.

Start by settling into a calm space, breathing gently and mindfully for about five minutes. Then, focus on the center of your chest. Repeat a phrase that encourages your heart to open wide to all that is possible.

Then, envision your desired outcome as a bright light, surrounded by love. As you picture this light, fill it with positive energy and send it out into the universe to attract your desire.

Continue to breathe in and out for about 20 inhalations and exhalations. Whenever you feel a distraction, gently bring your attention back to the breath and return to your visualization.

You may want to imagine the image as if it already exists. Notice how it feels, who is there, what sounds are present, the positive emotions that are running through you, and steep yourself in gratitude for all of the gifts this life has bestowed on you.

Finally, visualize yourself releasing your dream into the world as a balloon, a ball of light, a paper lantern, or anything else that feels right to you. As you release this visual representation into the universe, allow yourself to smile and lean into ease knowing that all of your dreams are on their way to you.
