Intuitive meditation is a simple, effective way to boost your intuition and manifest your desires. With increased intuition, you will have a clear sense of direction in your life, be more grounded, and have insight into your highest path.
How to Get Started with Intuitive Meditation
The first step is to find a quiet place and sit up straight. You can choose a chair, mat or meditation bench.
Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths. Inhale deeply then exhale powerfully. Repeat this several times. You may also want to relax and stretch your arms above your head.
Once you are fully relaxed, slowly lift your internal gaze to the spot between your eyebrows that is slightly higher than your eye level. This is known as your third eye, and you can meditate there for a few minutes.
Try to focus on this spot as much as possible, and notice any thoughts that arise. If your mind wanders, gently but firmly return to the breathing and the gaze.
You might feel a lightness, or see images that aren't yours, and this is all perfectly normal! This is called the "awareness" phase.
The more you practice, the easier it gets to let your thoughts come and go. Over time, you'll see that the space between your thoughts becomes bigger and larger - sometimes even in microseconds.
