Everyplate is an affordable meal kit delivery service that provides recipes plus the fresh ingredients you need to make easy-to-prepare meals at home. The company delivers meals to customers in the US and a few other countries. Unlike most other meal kit delivery services, Everyplate offers a variety of ways to cancel your subscription if you change your mind or decide that the service isn’t right for you.
You can cancel your subscription by visiting the website or contacting customer service through email, live chat, or phone. You can also skip a week or two of deliveries. You must do so five days prior to your next scheduled delivery date. If you cancel your subscription, you will not receive any additional shipments of food. If you fail to cancel your subscription before the expiration of the free trial period, your credit card will be charged for a full month’s or year’s membership. You may be able to avoid this charge by using a virtual credit card with DoNotPay before you sign up for a free trial of any service that uses a billing auto-renewal feature.
5.2 Auto-Renewal Feature. By signing up for a Membership, you authorize (i) the initial charge to your payment method; and (ii) the subsequent recurring periodic charges as agreed to by you. You agree to maintain accurate account information and promptly update such information if it changes. You further authorize EveryPlate to use third-party collection agencies to collect any unpaid balances due to Every Plate.
