Full Moon Meditation

Practicing Meditation during the Full Moon is one of the most powerful ways to amplify the energy of the moon.

During the full moon, the veil between the world of the senses and the spiritual is at its thinnest. This is an opportunity to draw out any lingering emotional, mental or physical pain that may be holding you back.
