Eckhart Tolle For Children

Eckhart Tolle is one of the world's most revered spiritual teachers and authors of bestsellers like The Power of Now and A New Earth, making him one of the world's most popular teachers. His teachings are widely practiced while 52 languages have translated his books.

Eckhart Tolle discusses what spiritual author Eckhart Tolle refers to as the "pain-body", which refers to an accumulation of emotional pain over time that can be passed from generation to generation. Such discomfort may come from many sources such as arguments with parents starting in childhood; or from suppressing negative emotions like fear and anger that arise later.

Tolle advocates that parents can aid their children's wellbeing by encouraging them to live in the present moment and steer away from thoughts about past and future pain-bodies. He provides techniques on how to do this, including explaining that past and future do not exist and only live now. He discusses ways in which they can understand time concepts as well as advice for managing negative thoughts and emotions.

Michelle Rodriguez and Donald Sutherland star in this light family drama based on the children's book by best-selling spiritual author Eckhart Tolle, Milton is an 8-year-old who is bullied at school; when his teacher (Michelle Rodriguez) attempts to uphold him and encourage happiness for Milton, Barnet Bain directs. Tolle wrote the screenplay alongside Robert S. Friedman.
