Dr. ahmad millwala is a highly trained oral and maxillofacial surgeon with extensive experience in office based oral surgery, facial trauma, pathology and dental implants. He is passionate about oral surgery and takes pride in his work. After graduating summa cum laude from Northeastern Illinois University in Chicago, he attended the University of Louisville School of Dentistry for his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree. He then completed a one year hospital based general practice residency at the University of Louisville and four years of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery training at New York Medical College.
As an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon, he is uniquely qualified to provide emergency care, surgical procedures and administer anesthesia. He performs many dental procedures such as extraction of wisdom teeth, dental implants and reconstructive jaw surgery. He is also skilled in performing minor facial trauma procedures. His unique personality and surgical skills put his patients at ease and make the treatment experience very pleasant. He is certified to offer IV sedation making the procedure virtually painless.
