Deepak Chopra is a renowned author, holistic health expert and New Age guru. He is one of the world’s leading voices in mind-body medicine and he has revolutionized the understanding of how body, mind and spirit interact with each other for greater wellness.

He has written more than 40 books, including 14 bestsellers and has sold over 20 million copies worldwide. His message centers on the idea that our lives are enriched by a sense of abundance and that the answer to health, happiness and well-being lies within ourselves rather than outside.

Best known for his books on alternative medicine, Chopra has also appeared on Oprah Winfrey’s show and was a confidante of pop star Michael Jackson. He founded the Chopra Center for Well Being in California in 1995 and continues to transform our understanding of how body, mind and spirit interact.

The Abundance Challenge

This 21-day meditation challenge is designed to help you develop a mindset of prosperity and abundance by working with a series of short meditations each day. Day 1: What Does Abundance Mean to You?

The law of energy exchange states that a person is always exchanging energy with others. In order to achieve a balance in life, it’s important to learn how to give and receive equally.

Today’s meditation is based on this law and it asks you to list all of your debts without numbers, only to whom and for what. This will highlight any blocks - any negative programming that is stopping you from attracting abundance into your life.
