Esther Hicks is an American inspirational speaker and author. Hicks has presented numerous workshops on the law of attraction with Abraham-Hicks Publications. Furthermore, she has appeared in the 2006 film The Secret. Hicks believes that the relationship you have with your personal wellbeing is paramount. It is with this belief that she has created many meditations, all inspiring you to strengthen your alignment with wellbeing.
I love this meditation because it really does a great job of helping me to stay positive, even under times of stress and anxiety. “Your body responds primarily to the content of your thoughts.” She says this during the meditation, and it really rings true. It is easy to let the negativity or stresses of the world consume you. Sometimes it can feel impossible to dig yourself out when you are feeling overwhelmed. This meditation really helps you to stay focused, and let go of negativity.
Her voice speaks to you like a guided meditation. Esther has a very calming way of talking to you like a mother or even a grandmother would. During this meditation, her soothing and supportive voice makes it so that you feel no judgment, and you aren’t alone. This meditation is perfect for shutting out the world for a moment and putting yourself first. The background music is simple and almost sounds like a nursery rhyme. This creates a feeling of uplifting inspiration. I think the best time to do this meditation is in the morning because it helps start your day off right. Positivity breeds positivity.
