I love this meditation because it reminds me I am enough in this moment and that I will always be enough. My thoughts and emotions are temporary and this meditation reminds me that they are okay to feel right now. I love how it gets me right back to the moment by having me breathe and anchor myself back.

This meditation will put you at ease and is led by a woman who will make you feel better about yourself. She really knows how to say the right things and re-center you when you start to think a lot again. Check out the meditation in the video below.
