What’s been bothering you recently? Where does it show up in your body? Join Arizona State University as they help us to recognize the work we've done to address challenges we face, and grant ourselves gratitude for those small steps. Through this guided meditation we befriend ourselves and see the support we want and need with consideration, patience and understanding.

I love this meditation because it reminds me that the hard time I am going through is just temporary and I will be happy soon enough. It reminds me to practice gratitude. I will always be connected with other as long as I connect with kindness and not evil. Getting to talk to myself in a kinder and calmer way is what this meditation taught me how to do.

Knowing very well that when we extend compassion to ourselves its not out of narcissicm, its out of a love that we know that we will be able to help other because of it.
